Locally Sourced Food Served in a Comfortable Setting
Alley Baby’s head chef, Alex Frohlich, has created a menu with a unique take on tap room favorites like
wings, burgers, tacos and barbecue. The jumbo wings are smoked, lightly fried and then tossed in his
house made rub and comes with a sauce of your choosing. The burgers are a lamb and beef blend, giving
them full-flavor and plenty of juice. Tacos come in vegetarian, chicken and carnitas and feature
guacamole, sour cream, freshly shredded cabbage, feta cheese and a sweet, savory pineapple pico. The
pork shoulder used for Alley Baby’s BBQ is rubbed with peaches and chipotle, smoked low and slow and
served with Uncle Kev’s Memphis Style BBQ.
But Alex didn’t stop with the usual favorites. Other options include a heaping platter of local sausages,
sliced into medallions and crisped on the griddle. Though served with fries, a basket of onion straws pairs
just as well. If you’re in the mood for tacos, the queso or guacamole, blended with jalapeno and honey,
are the perfect addition.
At Alley Baby, the kids haven’t been forgotten, either. Choose from cheese or chicken quesadillas,
chicken tacos or a smaller version of their regular burger. Make your child’s meal complete with a
chocolate chunk cookie ice cream sandwich.
