Is there a better way to recover from a weekend workout than with a nice, cold glass of… sparkling spirits? At Karrikin Spirits Company, we don’t think so! That’s why we’re continuing our monthly workout series with Sarah Buckley of Persist Fitness to begin promoting Karrikin monthly fitness classes called, “Blood, Sweat and Cheers!”
And in the words of your favorite TV salesperson, “But wait, there’s more!”
Call it a little “added incentive” to getting your Sunday morning sweat on. Karrikin is proud to partner with Cincinnati St. Jude Walk/Run and Persist Fitness to donate 100% of ticket sales back to St. Jude. This money supports the children and families that St. Jude works with all around the country.

If you haven’t taken the class yet, what are you waiting for? Sarah Buckley brings the heat with a customized class that fits well in Karrikin’s barrel room setting. Her stations include a good blend of cardio and strength training that’ll get you sweating and leave you ready for more.

While enjoying your refreshment you can learn more about the Cincinnati St. Jude Walk/Run Event and Persist Fitness Training as well as take part in an exciting raffle. To kick off this series we will be raffling various items including a massage session, Kendra Scott jewelry, a nutrionist session, gift cards and more! Raffle tickets will be given out for every $1 donated to Cincinnati St. Jude Walk/Run, so if you donate $10 you get 10 raffle tickets and really good odds!
Be sure to arrive early to check out all the prizes. Donations can be accepted online and in-person on the day of the event, you must be present to participate in the raffle.
Karrikin Monthly Fitness Classes: Sign Up Now!
Tickets for Blood, Sweat and Cheers go quickly so don’t wait until they’re sold out. Purchase them straight through Facebook or on our Eventbrite page. The classes will be held on the last Sunday of every month at 10:30am unless you’re notified otherwise. Be sure to keep up with other ways you can help Cincinnati St. Jude Run/Walk.
